What does commercial building cleaning cost in Scottsdale?

Multi-tenant building cleaning is priced by scope, not a flat square-foot rate. The variables that drive price are restroom count and user load, frequency, flooring types, and whether any tenants have healthcare or food-service requirements. Are you insured and bonded?

What is a day porter and does my building need one?

A day porter is an on-site crew member who provides reactive cleaning during business hours — restroom checks, lobby spill response, common area tidying between scheduled visits. Buildings that benefit most: high foot-traffic retail or mixed-use ground floors, healthcare tenants, and Class A office properties where lobby appearance is a tenant expectation. How do you handle Scottsdale’s summer and monsoon season?

Monsoon season (June–September) generates dust events that can coat a lobby floor in grit within hours of cleaning. We adjust frequency for high-traffic entry points during this period and recommend a late-afternoon lobby pass for buildings on exposed lots or near unpaved areas. Monsoon-season frequency adjustments discussed during the walkthrough are built into fixed-price contracts — they do not appear as surprise invoices in August.

Can you clean a building where I have medical or dental tenants?

Yes. Medical and dental tenant suites require EPA-registered disinfectants, documented cleaning protocols, and crew who understand cross-contamination prevention in clinical environments. We price medical tenant cleaning separately from standard office cleaning in the same building. Our multi-tenant restroom programs include the documentation compliance requirements will ask for.

Do you clean after hours or during business hours?

Both are available. Nightly cleaning (after 6pm, before 7am) is the standard for office buildings where tenants are present during the day. Day porter coverage runs during business hours. Some buildings use both: nightly for deep cleaning and a day porter for reactive coverage. We scope each separately.
